Narrelle and Steven's Rustic Wedding at Russo Estate
When Narrelle and Steven wanted a rustic wedding at Russo estate, with touches of elegance. When the couple came to me, they had already planned most of their wedding and found their venue and most suppliers.
As their wedding planner and stylist, I helped them with getting back on track with their budget, finding and advising on decor hire for the day.
I liaised with all suppliers and kept in consist communication between the couple and venue.
I was there not just to help with the final planning stages, but as a support network for the couple as well when they needed it.
To assist the couple I also put all the guests thank you gifts together. I also picked up and dropped off the decor that was hired from Swan Lane Events, and droped off the vases to the florist so she could put together the guest tables flower arrangements.
On the day of Narrelle and Steven’s Wedding I was their On the Day Coordinator to oversee the set up, pack up and days events.
Russo Estate was a pleasure to work with, they got all the tables set ready to go for me to add the decor and the florist to add the flower arrangement to, even before I had got there. Giving both myself and Woodhills Florist plenty of time to set up to the couples specifications.
I worked closely with both the Venue, Celebrant, Photographer and DJ to make sure that everything ran smoothly and any issues and hiccups got sorted without the couple having to worry about anything apart from enjoying the day.
The day itself was beautiful. November is always a roll the dice kind of month here in Victoria and you never know if it’s going to pelt down or it going to be a heatwave.
Thankfully the day was neither, it was however overcast with some sunshine and a bit windy. But still allowed the couple to have their outdoor ceremony and get gorgeous photos around the estate.
Bellow are some photos that Tamara Little Photography had taken of the day, along with some of my own photos and thanks to Narrelle and Steven I was allowed to do some video and I compiled a montage of the day and soon to come some behind the scene footage.
Overall the day was amazing, even I had trouble holding back the tears…but I am a sucker for weddings. Both Narrelle and Steven looked amazing and so did the rest of the bridal party.
It was an honour to be a part of such a beautiful moment in Narrelle and Steven’s life. And to work with such a great team of suppliers (including the venue) that also helped make the day possible and memorable to both the couple and the guests.
Congratulations Narrelle and Steven xxx
