Modern Vintage WeddingBeaufort Manor - May 2019
An elegant vintage wedding theme
This styled photo shoot was inspired by those great Movie icons of the 1950’s – Marilyn Monroe and James Dean.
Aimed for couples seeking a modern-day Vintage style wedding, the colour palette chosen was Burgundy, Black and White along with touches of gold and silver, which mirrored the elegance of the Movie Stars and the era.
The venue was Beaufort Manor, a historic Victorian Manor, located in the picturesque town of Yea. The Manor was originally built as a wedding present for the original owner’s wife in 1876 and was the perfect location for the shoot.
Lisa and Stewart Cornwall (the owners), opened the Manor for the day and, thanks to Stewart’s passion for restoring cars – provided a magnificent Red 1956 Chev Belair seen in the photos.
The shoot was designed to appeal to couples who aim to have a vintage style wedding, but who are budget conscious and wish to find a way to make it a reality.
Serenity Wedding Planning created this realistic wedding shoot to give couples some inspiration for their own wedding.
